Cancellation Policy

Transportation is booked as one-way or round-trip between specified locations on the transportation request form. Additional mileage is charged if pickup/drop off is located outside of the Killeen or Harker Heights city limits at .70/mile. Additional time is charged if an assisted transportation takes longer than the allotted time by more than 15 minutes, at a rate of $20/hour. Airport transport pricing is for AUS (Austin airports) only. DFW fares requests will be considered; fill out the online request form for a direct quote. All pickups and drop offs are direct from the customer's stated location on the request form and will be at the time customer requests, according to availability.
